Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1.    Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

2.    Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3.    Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

·       The following items are not eligible for refunds:

·       Customized or personalized products.

·       Items marked as final sale.

·       Gift cards.

How to Request a Refund

1.    Contact Us: Email us at climbing.mod@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

2.    Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.

3.    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Processing Refunds

·       Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·       If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges and Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we offer free replacements. Please contact us at climbing.mod@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

1.    Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
